We are currently hiring new live chat assistants. You will work for businesses answering live chat messages on their website or social media accounts. These are remote positions, meaning that you can do the work online from anywhere in the world. You can read the full details of the job (and apply) below:
What you will be doing: As a live chat assistant you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $25 – $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: The candidate must have a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone, Tablet, or laptop). The candidate must also be able to work independently and closely follow the provided steps and instructions. The candidate must also be available 5+ hours per week and have a reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week
Location: Remote work online (United Kingdom preferred).
